I want to dedicate this blog post to one of my clients, Langley B., and say HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I've had the pleasure of working with Langley since August 28. She's not only a great client, but a great friend. We've shared countless hours laughing and hitting the gym hard -- well... as hard as Langley allows!
